Madison Bailey
Associate Attorney
Madison Bailey earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History and International Studies from the University of South Carolina before pursuing law school. Madison earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Georgia State University College of Law where she graduated cum laude with pro bono distinction. While in law school, Madison served as a peer-editor for the Journal of Legal Medicine and received a CALI Award (highest grade in class) in Legal Research and Writing.
Prior to joining McCutchen McLean, LLC, Madison worked for the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce handling unemployment insurance benefits appeals. At McCutchen McLean, LLC, Madison’s work focuses on estate planning, probate administration, and business law matters.
Madison is engaged to Chris Barnhill and they plan to marry this year. Both Madison and Chris volunteer throughout the Lexington community through Rotary Club and other organizations. Madison is also an active member of The Basilica of St. Peters. When not at work, Madison enjoys hiking with her dog and do-it-yourself home projects.
