Elise Bedenbaugh Holley earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in accounting with a minor in financial management from Clemson University and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with an accounting emphasis from Winthrop University. Before joining McCutchen McLean, LLC Elise worked for five years in public accounting. She handled everything from payroll tax form filings, bookkeeping, financial statements, individual income tax return preparation, and business tax return preparation. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her husband and son, watch college football, and travel.
At McCutchen McLean, Elise serves as the Business Office Manager and Business and Tax Law Paralegal.
Vickie was born and raised in Lexington, South Carolina, and has over twenty years of legal experience. She earned an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Midlands Technical College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Limestone College. Vickie began her career volunteering for South Carolina Centers for Equal Justice. Thereafter, she worked for the Oswald Law Firm for five years, where she found her love for probate, estate planning, and real property. She then left the law firm to expand her knowledge at the Lexington County Register of Deed’s Office, where she worked for four years, and the Richland County Probate Court, where she worked as a Senior Estate Clerk for seven years.
Vickie serves as the Probate and Estate Planning Paralegal for the firm. She assists clients with probate administration, trust administration, and estate planning matters.
Whitney Montgomery is a native South Carolinian who grew up on the beautiful shores of Lake Murray. After graduating from Batesburg Leesville High School, she worked at the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce as an administrative assistant for five years. After leaving the workforce to start a family, Whitney began her legal career as an Assistant to the Deputy Family Court Clerk for Saluda County in 2019. In 2022, Whitney started working at McCutchen McLean, LLC as a Family Law Paralegal. In this role, she assists clients on divorce, modification, name change, adoption, and child support issues.
Savannah Hickman serves as the Intake Coordinator for the Firm. A lifelong resident of Lexington and Columbia, she is a graduate of Dutch Fork High School and the University of South Carolina, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice and a minor in Anthropology. Prior to joining McCutchen McLean, LLC, Savannah served as a Secretary at the Richland County Probate Court.
Savannah has a positive outlook on life and brings her positive energy to assisting individuals as the initial point of contact with the Firm.
